  Downright dishonest. Claimed to have no knowledge of any upcoming sales when I bought the carpet on a saturday, then discounted it by 50% on the monday. When it was fitted, the fitter was 1 guy (from Essex) working on his own, who needed my help just to get the carpet up the stairs! He advised that the carpet would need to be glued down, to stop it getting displaced, at significant further cost (the store had assured me it wouldn't need to be glued).
